Table & Dining Area Management
Set up tables before service (cutlery, crockery, napkins, condiments).
Clear tables promptly after guests leave.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Refill water, bread baskets, and condiments as required.
Hygiene & Safety
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure personal grooming and uniform standards are maintained.
Handle crockery and glassware carefully to avoid breakage.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
Assist senior stewards/captains during peak hours.
Support colleagues to ensure efficient operations.
Compliance & Reporting
Follow restaurant SOPs, service protocols, and company policies.
Report guest complaints or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.
