Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Handle guest requests and concerns courteously.
Follow restaurant hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality industry.
Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
