Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food and beverage service operations.

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Ensure timely service delivery and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the lounge.

• Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.

• Follow company SOPs and service standards.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

• Handle guest queries and requests courteously.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.

• Well-groomed and presentable personality.
