Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages professionally and in a timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back during meals and addressing any concerns promptly.
Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
Follow service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Attend daily briefings and training sessions as required.
Perform side duties such as polishing cutlery, restocking supplies, and setting up tables.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment.
Skills:
