Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-groomed, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to join our vibrant café team in Jubilee Hills. The ideal candidate must have fluent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
Take customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area and tables.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle guest queries and complaints calmly and efficiently.
Assist in setting up the café for daily operations.
Follow all hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Steward/Waiter in a café or restaurant preferred.
Fluent in English.
Presentable appearance with good grooming standards.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
