Job Description-: Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food & beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with 5 star hotel standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests in a professional manner
Take food & beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks as per service standards
Ensure cleanliness of tables and service areas
Handle guest queries and complaints politely
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
hotel management course or any graduation/diploma is mandatory
