Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, floors, and storage areas.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff by supplying clean cooking utensils and dishes during service.
Dispose of waste and recycling according to organizational and environmental policies.
Ensure all cleaning materials and supplies are properly stored and used safely.
Report maintenance issues or equipment damage to supervisors promptly.
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and kitchen equipment.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures .
Support banquet or event setups as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
