·        Order Management: Take the responsibility of ensuring that the order reaches the customer in optimum time.

·        Restaurant Workflow Assistance: Assist in managing the flow of dishware and equipment between the kitchen and dining areas during peak hours and banquet events.

·        Inventory Assistance: Support inventory control by assisting with the organization and management of cleaning supplies and equipment.

·        Event Setup and Breakdown: Collaborate with banquet staff to set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.

·        Hygiene Standards: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all areas, including kitchens, dining rooms, and restrooms.

·        Assistance to Senior Steward: Support the Senior Steward in coordinating schedules, training new team members, and implementing efficient cleaning procedures.

·        Customer Interaction: Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance when needed.
