Role Overview:

At Flax Café, we believe in serving fresh, healthy food with warmth and care. As a Steward / Waiter, you will be the face of our café—ensuring a welcoming guest experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

• Serve food and beverages as per Flax Café service standards.

• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service counters are clean and presentable at all times.

• Clear tables promptly and reset them efficiently.

• Wash, sanitize, and organize crockery and cutlery.

• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness practices.

• Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle guest requests politely and escalate concerns to the supervisor when needed.

• Support opening and closing duties of the café.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for hospitality and customer service.

• Basic understanding of café or restaurant operations.

• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior experience in a café or restaurant is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
