ØCM / FA is the main basic unit of job of the store
ØHe should prepare and serve – Hot Beverage, Cold Beverage and Snacks according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of Hatti Kaapi
ØHe should come 30 minutes before the store opened / shift start and stay 30 minutes post the store closed / shift closed
ØNeed to continue the shift operations in case of next shift reliever does not turn
Basic Operations
ØNeed to get Trained in the following areas and implement SOP in the store
ØPreparation and Serving of
Hot Beverages – Coffee, Tea, Milk Products Cold Beverages – Plain and Flavoured and other Snacks -All food products
ØDisplay of Food products in Display counter in presentable fashion
ØServing of Beverages and Food products only after receiving the Bill and in fast manner (No Customer waiting)
ØKeep the Instruments, Vessels and Store – Spic n Span and in Hygine Conditions
ØWear –Uniform, Apron, Shoes, Caps, Gloves
ØNeed to be neatly Groomed and Presentable (Nails, Hair cut, Shaven, No jewellery) and Trained to greet Customers with a Smile
ØMaintain proper SOP Standard, Health, Integrity, Timings, Discipline and presentable
