As the face of our bakery, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This hybrid role involves managing the front counter, assisting with table service, and sharing your passion for our fresh-baked goods. Whether you’re crafting a perfect latte or recommending a signature loaf of bread, your goal is to provide exceptional service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Connection: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders at the counter, and provide attentive table service.

• Product Expertise: Learn our menu inside and out to answer questions about ingredients, allergens (e.g., gluten-free options), and flavor profiles.

• Merchandising: Keep the bakery display cases looking "Instagram-ready"—full, clean, and organized throughout the shift.

• Efficiency: Process payments quickly using our POS system and manage phone orders or pickups.

• Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine dining area by clearing tables, sweeping, and ensuring the condiment station is stocked.

• Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the kitchen/baking team to stay updated on fresh pulls and out-of-stock items.
