Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Restaurant Steward to join our team. The Steward will be responsible for serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, assisting the service team, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.

• Serve food and beverages to customers as per restaurant standards.

• Set up tables with cutlery, glasses, and napkins.

• Take customer orders and communicate with kitchen staff.

• Ensure cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations.

• Clear used plates and maintain hygiene standards.

• Assist senior captains and restaurant supervisors during service.

• Handle guest requests and complaints politely.

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
