F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
The F&B Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with Espire Hospitality’s service standards.
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages as per prescribed service standards
Ensure proper table setup before service and clear tables promptly after service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas at all times
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and revenue
Handle billing and payment processes accurately
Follow hotel policies related to service, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations
Report any guest complaints or operational issues to the supervisor immediately
Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong guest-service orientation
Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service etiquette
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
1–3 years of experience in F&B service within a hotel or hospitality environment
Freshers with relevant hotel management training may also be considered
Maintain professional grooming and hygiene as per Espire Hospitality standards
Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and service guidelines
