The Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate (GSA – F&B) is responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests in the restaurant, bar, banquet, or room service areas. The role focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction through courteous service, accurate order taking, timely delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and brand standards in line with Espire Hospitality’s service philosophy.
Welcome and seat guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Present menus, explain dishes, specials, and beverage options clearly.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality.
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service throughout the meal.
Handle guest queries and complaints politely and escalate when required.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas at all times.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per hotel and FSSAI guidelines.
Assist in setting up and closing down the outlet, including mise-en-place.
Support team members during peak hours and banquet operations.
Ensure compliance with Espire Hospitality service standards and SOPs.
Build positive rapport with guests and encourage repeat visits.
Promote hotel outlets, special promotions, and upsell items when appropriate.
Ensure guest feedback is reported to supervisors for service improvement.
Handle cash, bills, and payments accurately.
Ensure correct billing and settlement procedures are followed.
Maintain proper stock usage and report shortages or damages.
Follow grooming and uniform standards strictly.
Minimum 10+2 / Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
0–2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service (freshers can be considered).
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service procedures.
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
