Job Summary
We are hiring a Steward (Hotel/Restaurant) to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will support restaurant operations, kitchen assistance, food service support, and cleaning duties, ensuring high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, kitchen, dining area, and service stations
Perform dishwashing, utensil cleaning, and kitchen sanitation
Assist in table setup, table clearing, and food service support
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols
Support chefs, waiters, and kitchen staff during peak hours
Manage waste disposal and cleanliness procedures
Refill cutlery, condiments, napkins, and service supplies
Follow health & safety guidelines in hospitality operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and restaurant service
Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina and ability to handle kitchen support tasks
Experience in hotel stewarding / kitchen helper / restaurant assistant is a plus
