Full Time/Part Time
A Team Member in a Quick Service Restaurant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash/card payments
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Restock supplies and ingredients when needed
Work as part of a team to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Team-oriented attitude
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
Education & Experience:
Minimum: High school (10th/12th pass)
Freshers can apply; training is usually provided
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, high-energy setting
Requires standing for long hours
May involve working in kitchen heat or busy customer areas
