Job Description – Steward
Stewards and Captains is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the smooth operation of a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATE ONLY
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Set up and clear tables, serving areas, and dining spaces.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest and service areas.
Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment when required.
Assist the kitchen and service team during busy periods.
Replenish food, beverages, and other supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
Support other hospitality duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
