Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.
Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in South Indian or Casual Dining Restaurants will be an added advantage.
