Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests, assist with seating, take orders, and serve food & beverages as per company standards.
Ensure excellent guest service by addressing requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Set up, clear, and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
Assist in restaurant opening and closing activities and ensure service stations are adequately stocked.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company SOP standards.
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and contribute to a team-oriented work
