Job Summary:

A Steward assists in providing quality food and beverage service by supporting wait staff, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up tables with proper linen, cutlery, and glassware

  • Serve water, bread, and food as instructed

  • Clear tables and reset them after guests leave

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations

  • Handle crockery and cutlery carefully

  • Assist waiters and captains during service hours

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

  • Support buffet setup and clearance

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic communication and customer service skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

  • Ability to work long hours standing

  • Teamwork and positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • Minimum school education preferred

  • Freshers can apply; experience is an advantage

Work Environment:
