Job Summary

We are hiring UT Staff (Utility Boy) for kitchen operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, supporting chefs, handling dishwashing, and ensuring smooth back-end kitchen functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Washing utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment

• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards

• Cleaning floors, storage areas, and workstations

• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff in basic preparation tasks

• Managing waste disposal and garbage segregation

• Supporting in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies

• Ensuring proper storage of cleaning materials and equipment

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass

• Prior experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen preferred

• Physically fit and able to work in shifts

• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Hardworking and disciplined

Work Details

• Duty Hours: As per shift schedule

• Weekly Off: As per company policy

• Immediate joiners preferred
