Key Responsibilities:

• Pantry & Kitchen Maintenance:

  • Keeping the pantry, kitchen, and storage areas clean, organized, and hygienic. 

  • Washing utensils, cleaning equipment, and managing waste.

• Food & Beverage Service:

  • Preparing and serving tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors. 

  • Plating and garnishing food items for presentability.

• Inventory & Supplies:

  • Monitoring and restocking pantry supplies, stationery, and beverages.

  • Reporting shortages to management.

• Office Support:

  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms for conferences.

  • Assisting administrative staff with basic tasks (filing, photocopying).

  • Handling minor errands like document delivery.

• General Duties:

  • Greeting visitors and ensuring their comfort.

  • Performing other assigned tasks to support office operations.

Essential Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

• Good time management and ability to work independently.

• Basic food handling, organization, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
