Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
Open and close the store, including cash handling and deposit preparation
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-spot coaching
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety standards
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support training of new team members
Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance
