About the Role
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and hardworking individuals to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Prepare and serve food according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet.
Support inventory management and stock handling.
Follow food safety and operational guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
