Role Overview

We’re looking for energetic, customer-friendly Front-End Crew Members who can manage prep, assembly, and service operations at our stores with speed and consistency.

You’ll be the face of Alienkind — ensuring every guest gets a great experience, orders are accurate and served fast, and the store stays clean, efficient, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep & Assembly: Follow standard recipes and ensure perfect consistency in product assembly (smoothies, burgers, bagels, juices, etc.).

• Order Management: Take orders accurately from POS, assemble and serve.

• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain workstations, prep zones, and dine-in/takeaway counters as per hygiene SOPs.

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, assist in menu suggestions, and ensure high service satisfaction.

• Daily Closing & Stock Check: Assist with inventory, closing checklists, and FIFO product rotation.

Requirements

• Freshers welcome; 1 year of prior QSR or café experience preferred.

• Basic communication in English; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is helpful.

• Ability to multitask and work in high-speed environments.

• Strong sense of hygiene, teamwork, and reliability.

Shift & Salary

• 10-hour shift (rotational, including weekends)

• Weekly off: 1 day per week

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home +monthly incentives

• Experienced (1 year+): ₹23,000 take-home + monthly incentives
