JOB DESCRIPTION – WAITER / TEAM MEMBER

Job Role: Waiter / Team Member

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

• Explain menu items, food options, and combo offers to customers.

• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the billing system.

• Serve food and beverages and ensure orders are delivered correctly.

• Handle takeaway orders and pack food properly.

• Assist customers with queries, requests, and complaints.

• Generate bills and collect payments through cash, card, or digital methods.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.

• Follow food safety standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and service.

• Refill sauces, tissues, and other service supplies when required.

• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

• Age Limit: 18–26 years

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Must follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.

Duty Details

• Shift: Rotational Shift (Day / Evening / Night, as per company requirements)

• Duty Hours: 9 hours per day

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Weekly Off: 1 day as per the roster

• Job Type: Full-Time
