Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
Assist guests with check-in, seating, and overall hospitality needs
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns
Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and F&B teams for smooth service delivery
Maintain guest records and update feedback logs
Support special arrangements for VIP guests and events
Uphold brand standards and service excellence at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months of experience in hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle pressure and guest complaints calmly
Basic knowledge of hospitality operations
Team player with a proactive approach

Preferred Attributes:

Grooming and presentation as per hospitality standards
Multilingual ability is an added advantage
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Education:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma in Hotel Management or graduation in related field preferred
