Job Summary

GOOD FLIPPIN' BURGERS is hiring energetic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Crew Member / Restaurant Staff. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, order handling, food preparation support, cleanliness, and maintaining restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers politely

Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/POS

Serve food and beverages quickly and professionally

Support kitchen operations and basic food preparation

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and kitchen areas

Follow company SOPs and food safety standards

Coordinate with team members during busy hours

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic queries

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

Freshers and experienced both can apply

Good communication and customer handling skills

Positive attitude and team-working ability

Flexible to work in rotational shifts/weekends

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in QSR, café, restaurant, hotel, or retail industry preferred

Candidates who are active, presentable, and customer-friendly

Basic English/Hindi communication preferred
