Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in fast-paced food service environments and be passionate about delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service area

• Support kitchen and counter staff during peak hours

• Handle billing and payment transactions when required

• Follow all food safety and QSR operational procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a QSR or fast-food outlet

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and handle rush hours efficiently

• Basic understanding of POS systems preferred

• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
