Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai

Foodlink F&B Holdings India Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associates to join our premium dining brand China Bistro at BKC.

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcoming guests and ensuring an exceptional dining experience
Taking orders accurately and serving food & beverages promptly
Handling guest queries and resolving concerns professionally
Maintaining service standards, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs
Working collaboratively with the service and kitchen team

Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality/restaurant service preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first attitude with a positive approach

Willingness to work in shifts
