Restaurant Waiter

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses who can deliver excellent service and enhance the dining experience at Momo Delights. As a Waiter, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests feel welcomed, attended to, and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus, explain food items, and provide recommendations when required.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently, following restaurant service standards.

• Maintain attentive and friendly interaction with guests throughout their dining experience.

• Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Operational Duties

• Ensure table settings are neat and clean before guests arrive.

• Clear used dishes, clean tables, and reset them for the next guests.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.

Sales & Upselling

• Promote special dishes, combos, and new menu items.

• Encourage add-ons like beverages, desserts, and sides to increase overall sales.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in QSR or casual dining is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to stand and walk for long durations.
