**Position: Senior Waitress/Waiter (Female Preferred)**

**Location: LOWKEY CAFE,

** location : sector 70 gurugaon

**Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a warm, personable, and experienced Senior Waitress to join our vibrant cafe team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

* Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated and met.

* Guide junior staff, ensuring smooth service during busy shifts.

-Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure guest satisfaction.

* Maintain a clean and organized service area.

* Assist in training new team members.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 6 months years of experience in a similar role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and lead a team effectively.

* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
