Hill Bird Café is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Waiters / Service Staff to join our team. If you are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy serving great food with a smile, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests warmly upon arrival.
Present menus, answer questions about dishes/beverages, and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Clear tables, assist with setup/cleaning, and maintain hygiene standards in the dining area.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Requirements & Qualifications
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred (freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and handle high-volume hours calmly.
Clean and presentable appearance with strong personal hygiene.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
