Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service & Experience

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables (if applicable).

• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., ingredients, preparation methods).

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Ensure timely and correct service of orders.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required.

• Ensure guests leave with a positive dining experience.

2. Operational Duties

• Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.

• Assist in billing and payment collection (cash/card/UPI).

• Maintain grooming and hygiene standards at all times.

3. Hygiene & Compliance

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ensure personal grooming as per company policy.

• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and equipment.

• Adhere to company policies and discipline guidelines.

4. Team Coordination

• Work closely with team members for smooth operations.

• Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.

• Support colleagues during peak hours.
