Roles & Responsibilities – Team Member (QSR)
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at counter or drive-thru.
Prepare and assemble food items as per brand SOPs and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, kitchen, and service counters.
Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines at all times.
Manage order packaging and ensure timely service delivery.
Refill stock items, condiments, and monitor inventory levels during shift.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complaints to Shift Manager when required.
Support team members during peak hours to maintain service speed (TAT).
Adhere to shift schedules, grooming standards, and company policies.
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 12th Standard completed from a recognized board.
No prior experience is required.
Good verbal communication skills.
Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
