Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages as per service standards
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order delivery
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue
Follow SOPs, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
Assist in setting up and clearing tables
