We are looking for a Restaurant Waiter to join our team at Bhoomi to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers professionally.

Present menus and communicate food and beverage options.

Take customer orders accurately.

Coordinate orders with the kitchen and service team.

Serve food and beverages efficiently.

Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.

Check customer requirements during the meal.

Handle customer requests politely and professionally.

Clear and reset tables promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Coordinate with the billing/service team when required.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.

Follow restaurant service standards and procedures.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Job timings :

Early morning shift : 06:00AM to 04:00PM

Morning shift : 10:00AM to 08:00 PM

Mid day shift : 01:00PM to 11 :00PM
