Job Summary
The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving food as per company standards while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve basic customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote menu items and ongoing offers to enhance the customer experience.
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare food products as per standard recipes and SOPs.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Pack and serve orders accurately within the prescribed turnaround time.
Maintain food safety and quality standards at all times.
Store Operations
Assist in opening and closing store operations.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Support inventory management by minimizing wastage and reporting stock shortages.
Follow daily operational checklists and assigned duties.
Hygiene & Safety
Follow all Food Safety and Hygiene standards.
Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness as per company guidelines.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Use equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.
Support colleagues during peak business hours.
Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Participate in training programs and continuously improve product knowledge.
