Job Description – Team Member

Position: Team Member
Department: Operations
Location: Store Operations
Reporting To: Shift Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene, service, and store operations. The role requires maintaining operational excellence while adhering to company SOPs, food safety standards, and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and process billing through the POS system.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per standard recipes and company SOPs.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and quality standards are followed.

• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels during shifts.

• Assist in opening and closing store operations.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints promptly and professionally.

• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to achieve daily sales and operational targets.

• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.

• Support promotional activities and suggestive selling to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Higher qualification is an added advantage).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in the QSR, hospitality, retail, or food service industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.
