Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – (Seafood Fine Dining)

Job Purpose
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting end-to-end operations of a premium seafood fine-dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards, efficient team performance, and strong financial controls while upholding brand excellence.

Qualification, Experience & Skills
• HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
• 2–8 years of experience in fine-dining restaurants, preferably seafood or specialty cuisine
• Strong knowledge of alcohol service and beverage operations
• Prior experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within a premium setup
• Excellent guest handling and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Eye for detail with a passion for hospitality excellence
