Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our day-to-day business operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining efficiency and professionalism across tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and courteous customer support, ensuring all client inquiries, feedback, and concerns are addressed efficiently and with a positive outcome.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining digital records of transactions, orders, and inventory logs.

• Contribute to employer branding by creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both internal teams and external visitors.

• Manage order processing and documentation for bulk requirements, events, or partner engagements.

• Support the coordination and execution of inbound and outbound material handling; ensure adherence to inventory management best practices such as FIFO (First In, First Out).

• Handle cash transactions responsibly, including end-of-day reconciliation and secure deposit procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to ensure a hygienic and productive environment.

• Assist in the implementation of workplace safety and compliance procedures.

• Ensure punctual attendance and full participation throughout scheduled shifts.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and support procurement planning by reporting low inventory items.

• Greet and engage visitors and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data entry skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.

• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive customer and employee experience.
