Provide courteous, professional, and efficient food & beverage service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per hotel standards
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service readiness
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage pairings
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely and accurate service
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs at all times
• Ensure billing accuracy and follow cash/credit handling procedures
• Support banquet, events, and in-room dining operations
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred
• Previous F&B service experience preferred (pre-opening experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a guest-focused approach
