Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team management, and smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff.

• Monitor service quality and ensure an excellent guest experience.

• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team productivity.

• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Oversee inventory, stock control, vendor coordination, and ordering of supplies.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and timely service.

• Implement SOPs and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Train and onboard new employees while maintaining discipline and performance standards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.

• Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing systems (POS), inventory management, and customer service.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
