Restaurant Manager (RM)
Location: Delhi | Noida | Gurugram
Brand: Theos – Patisserie & Fine Dine (Italian & Continental)
Role Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee complete restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage teams, and ensure high service, quality, and hygiene standards in line with Theos’ brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage and train teams; handle rostering and performance
• Maintain SOPs, hygiene, safety, and brand standards
• Drive sales through upselling and guest engagement
• Control inventory, costs, and wastage
• Handle guest feedback and operational reporting
Requirements:
• 4–7 years experience as RM / ARM in premium or fine-dine restaurants
• Strong leadership and guest-handling skills
• Knowledge of Italian & Continental cuisine/service preferred
• Hotel Management / IHM preferred
