Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly.

Supervise and train staff members.

Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction

Handle staff scheduling and attendance

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors

Control costs and improve profitability

Resolve customer complaints professionally

Maintain cleanliness and restaurant ambiance

Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality (preferred)6–8years of experience in restaurant management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
