Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

• Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team, including service and support staff.

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.

• Ensure staff follow SOPs, grooming standards, and restaurant policies.

• Manage staff attendance, shifts, breaks, and daily responsibilities.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

• Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational requirements.

• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily closing procedures.

• Monitor restaurant sales and work towards achieving daily/monthly targets.

• Coordinate with management regarding promotions, offers, events, and operational requirements.

• Monitor customer reviews on platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, and Google and take corrective action when required.

• Conduct regular team briefings and ensure all staff are aware of offers, bookings, and important updates.

• Maintain high standards of restaurant hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

• Prepare and share daily operational and sales reports with management.
