Department: Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations

Reports To: Food & Beverage Director / Assistant F&B Director

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead operations for our premier on-site dining establishment. In a hotel setting, your role extends beyond standard restaurant operations; you are responsible for delivering seamless experiences for corporate guests, leisure travelers, and local diners alike. You will collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Event Planning teams to drive total property revenue, manage high-volume meal periods (like breakfast rush), and maintain elite hospitality standards.

Education: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.

Hotel F&B Operations: Cross-functional synergy, Multi-period dining operations, Room service logistics, In-room dining execution, High-volume buffet pacing.

Financial & Revenue Management: Capture rate optimization, Labor cost containment, Menu engineering, COGS reduction, P&L accountability, Dynamic scheduling, Yield management, Average check maximization.

Guest Satisfaction & Compliance: Service Recovery Paradox, L.A.S.T. methodology, Guest loyalty cultivation, VIP protocol execution, Forbes/AAA brand standards, HACCP & food safety compliance, Sentiment analysis tracking.
