We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and deliver an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is hands-on, people-focused, and comfortable managing both front- and back-of-house operations.
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food & labor costs
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily reports
Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with kitchen leadership on menus, staffing, and service flow
