We are looking for a Cloud Kitchen Operations Executive to join our team at Bihari Tadka. The ideal candidate will manage online orders, handle customer interactions, ensure smooth daily operations, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Zomato and Swiggy orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
• Answer customer calls and resolve order-related queries.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick resolutions.
• Monitor customer reviews and respond appropriately to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate order processing and packaging before dispatch.
• Maintain smooth communication between the kitchen, delivery partners, and customers.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred (12th pass with good communication skills may also apply).
• 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or customer service role.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Zomato, Swiggy, or food delivery platforms is preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones and computers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
