Job Description

Restaurant is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure guests receive exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience in fine dining or casual premium restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team.

• Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.

• Take orders accurately and assist guests with menu recommendations.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.

• Ensure timely food and beverage service.

• Train and guide stewards on service standards.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.

• Ensure billing accuracy and smooth table turnover.

• Follow company SOPs and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.

• Experience in fine dining or premium casual dining preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an advantage).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
